Pomaireware
It is difficult to dine anywhere in Chile without being served in a Pomaireware™ pot or bowl. They are tough as nails, distribute heat evenly and maintain the moisture of the food. Each piece is made of clay, dried naturally, then smoothed and burnished before firing. No glaze or varnish is used. All items are lead free, oven safe to 450’ F, stove top safe (electric w/diffuser) and microwaveable. Each piece is unique and comes with the story of their history, instructions and some recipes.
